Refund policy

Summary: the extension — 14 days, full refund, no questions asked. 3D model files — full refund if a file is faulty and we cannot fix it.

14-day guarantee

If screwit3D does not meet your needs, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will return the full amount to the original payment method. You do not have to give a reason, although feedback helps us improve.

How to request

E-mail info@screwit3d.com with your order number. Refunds are issued by our payment reseller and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your licence key is disabled. The extension notices at its next licence check and switches back to the free version. You may purchase again at any time.

3D model files

Downloadable files cannot be returned, so the 14-day guarantee above applies to the screwit3D extension. For 3D model files (such as the SI3DP screw set): if a file is faulty — it does not open, is incomplete or does not match the description — write to us with the file name. If we cannot fix it, we refund the full amount.

EU consumers

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union.
