Do I need to reinstall after buying?
No. The free and the full version are the same package. Open ⚙ Settings in the screwit3D panel, paste the licence key from your purchase e-mail into Activation code and press Activate — the locked sizes open immediately.
Are updates included? What happens when SketchUp releases a new version?
Your licence covers screwit3D version 1 and every update we release within it — no time limit, no subscription. A new SketchUp release does not cost you anything; we keep version 1 working with it. A paid upgrade only comes with a major new version of screwit3D itself, and 1.x owners get 40% off.
How many computers can I use?
One licence is for one person on up to three computers — for example a desktop, a laptop and the workshop machine. Moving to a new computer? Click Detach licence in ⚙ Settings on the old one and the slot is free again.
Is VAT included in the price?
No — €39 is the price excluding VAT. At checkout, VAT for your country is added. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number and customers outside the EU pay €39.
What is the refund policy?
If screwit3D is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will return the full amount.
Who processes the payment and issues the invoice?
Checkout is handled by our authorised reseller acting as merchant of record. They process card payments, apply the correct VAT for your country and e-mail your invoice immediately.
Can I use it commercially?
Yes. The full licence covers personal and commercial work in your own projects. The geometry and parts lists it creates in your models are yours.
